The fish market sells a wide range of fresh seafood from whole fish and fillets to prawns and lobsters. In addition to the market, the business also operates a mobile fish truck currently operating in Tahmoor, Thirlmere, Picton and Helensburgh, Camden, Gregor Hills, Lithgrow, Blackeath, the Oaks, Siverdale on different days of the week. The truck sells fresh prawns, oysters and a range of fish fillets.

The fully air-conditioned café has been well-designed to meet the needs of the customers. It is spacious, cosy and provides a great place for the locals and tourist to relax and enjoy delicious restaurant quality meals 6 days a week. The Café is a BYO eatery specialising in serving up freshly cooked seafood. It also offers a café-style breakfast, lunch and dinner.
